LaceyLady.com values your confidential information and handles it in a safe way. We do not see or process credit card financial information in the office nor do we accept phone orders. Our website is hosted by Godaddy, Inc. and your order is placed on a secured server. LaceyLady.com does not see your credit card #. We use your address to ship orders. Orders must be placed by an adult.
We use United States Postal Service as our primary shipper. Basically, most items shipped west of the Mississippi River will take 4 to 5 days. The Midwest takes 3 to 4 days. The Southeast takes 2 to 3 days. And the Northeast takes 2 to 1 days. These approximate transit times are based on our office location which is outside of Philadelphia PA. It does not take into account any bad weather or unusual circumstances. If you require guaranteed overnight or two-day Service, please use our contact form to reach us before you place your order.
Refunds or Exchanges
Please contact us if your purchase is damaged during transit. Please send a note to Sales@LaceyLady.com along with a photo of the damage.
If you are not happy with your purchase you may exchange it or return the item. Both will require you to pay the return shipping.
