LACEYLADY AND META PRIVACY AND SHIPPING POLICIES ::: TERMS AND CONDITIONS, SHIPPING RATES:

For orders under $35 the shipping rate is $7.00.    Over $35 the shipping is Free. We will pack your order carefully and include gift box and tissue wrap.   We process orders only from the continental USA.  

Most orders are shipped via US Postal Service so please provide us with a physical street address.

MERCHANDISE CONDITION: All merchandise is inspected by us before shipping.  If we see a problem, we will contact you. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS: All of our product descriptions and photos are displayed on our LaceyLady.com and our Meta web pages, along with product cost and shipping information. When you make a purchase from LaceyLady.com your order will be processed by Godaddy.com, our web host provider.   For stores on Meta, you provide your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and credit card information on Meta's secure platform. You will also receive an order number from Meta.  LaceyLady will also receive this information to process your order, and to keep you updated on your order and personalize your shopping experience.

SALES TAX: Because of our LaceyLady office location, we are required by law to collect 6.00% sales tax on the merchandise total for shipments to PA.   On products shipped outside of PA, the sales tax will be calculated and processed by Meta.

BACK ORDERS: I will contact you immediately if an item is out of stock.  You will have the option of ordering a similar priced item or receive a refund.

RETURNS: If you are not happy with your purchase from Lacey Lady Jewelry Shop then email us for a return authorization number and ship the item back for an exchange or refund. You will be responsible for return shipping charges.  If you received a damaged item then send me a photograph.  I will send you a replacement upon receipt of the photograph documenting the damage. 

SHIPPING DAMAGE: Damage claims must be brought to our attention via EMAIL within 5 days of receipt. Attach to the email a digital photo of the damaged item and the shipping box. It does not have to be anything fancy but it must clearly display the damage. We will file a claim with the carrier. You MUST retain all packaging material as the carrier may request both the damaged merchandise and packing materials.

PRIVACY STATEMENT: When you make a purchase from our LaceyLady.com website,  you provide your name, email address, address, phone number, and credit card information on our order form.   If you are placing an order on Facebook/Meta,  Meta will use this information to process your order and then Meta will forward your name, address, items ordered and order number to LaceyLady for packaging and shipping your order.   LaceyLady does not see your credit card information.  

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:  To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to LaceyLady.com. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.

Meta uses "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time. LaceyLady recognizes the sensitive nature of your personal account information and shares only your shipping address to our shipper.

Sorry, we do not sell wholesale nor do we ship internationally (including Canada). LaceyLady.com has been online since 1999 and we only sell online. Our website is our catalog and we do not distribute printed catalogs through regular mail.
